1. Definitions
1.1. The following definitions are used in this Privacy Policy:

- 1.1.9. IP Address — the unique network address of the user’s device used to access the site.
2. General Provisions
2.1. Use of julia-existo.ru means the user’s agreement with this Privacy Policy and the conditions for processing their personal data.

5.4. Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the processing purposes. After that, data is destroyed or depersonalized, unless otherwise required by law.
5.5. Organizational and technical measures are in place to protect user data from unauthorized access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, dissemination, or other unlawful actions by third parties.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
6.1. The user has the right to:
- decide whether to provide personal data and consent to its processing,
- update/supplement their information,
- request information about how their data is processed,
- request correction, blocking or deletion of data in cases provided by law.
6.2. The Administration must: - use data only for the purposes described in this Policy,
- keep data confidential and not disclose it without the user’s written consent, except as required by law,
- promptly block data upon receiving a deletion or correction request, pending review when inaccurate or inappropriate data is found.
7. Liability of the Parties
7.1. The Administration is liable for losses incurred by the user due to unlawful use of data, except in cases provided by law and this Policy.
7.2. The Administration is not liable if data became public not due to its actions, was received from third parties, or was disclosed with the user’s consent.
7.3. The user is responsible for the correctness of provided data and compliance with Russian law, including copyrights.
7.4. Distribution of textual materials from the site is allowed only if a link to the source is provided.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Before going to court, the parties are obliged to attempt pre-trial settlement of disputes.
8.2. A response to a claim is provided within 30 calendar days.
8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is brought before the Arbitration Court of Kazan.
8.4. The legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Policy.
9. Additional Conditions
9.1. The Administration may unilaterally amend this Privacy Policy.
9.2. The new edition of the Policy comes into force immediately upon posting on the site, unless otherwise specified.
